If you were my patient I would have told you to ask me this question when you are already in labour.
All that I can say is that I would allow you to go into normal labour (till 8 February). No overshooting dates.

Talk to experienced gynaecologist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
In primi pt generally head is engaged by this time.
Your height is good so more likely pelvis should be adequate. There may be cord around neck or short cord. Remain active and do exercises. Follow your Gynaecologist. Don't do stress .It will adversely effect you and your baby.
You need to be examined first before determining normal delivery is possible or not.
Engagement of head can be there during Labour.
Don’t panic. Take proper fluids , rest .
You can't do anything to bring head down. Head will gradually get engaged on it's own. Chances of normal delivery can only be determined by examination not by just writing a query online
