Baby voice got cracked
Hello sir
Baby age 2 years 1 month running weight 11kgs.
Her voice was sudden changed since 10 days it was nor getting normal this was happens 10 days ago she cried a lot becoz of she seen he father and parents are argued lot uncontrolled ..
Since she was voice changed like small voice is coming when she was speaking and smiling also ..
Pls advice any drop or syrup to recover voice .. rest all good activities she doing .
