Burp the baby after every feed for 15-20 minutes. Give tummy time for 2-3 hours everyday. Avoid formula feeds. Also avoid overfeeding. Give feeds on demand.
Most likely she is regurgitating feeds. Burp her after every feed. Babies take 10-15 min to take burp. After the burps only you should make her lie down. Continue breastfeeds as and when required.
For intermittent discomfort, try tummy time while she awake.
You can do gentle exercises on abdomen with circling fingers on abdomen, rocking her thighs back and forth over abdomen. These release gas and makes the baby comfortable.
Avoid top feeds as much as possible
Hope u are burping for atleast 20min after every feed. U can try neopeptine drops 0.5ml once a day to clear up indigestion. Keep an eye for abdomen distension.
