Hello, No teeth till 1 year birthday - look for reasons. It can me - normal delay                  OR   Medical causes - vitamin D deficiency, thyroid deficiency, or other diseases.

If not even a single tooth has erupted by 15 months then we need to investigate and take a pediatric dentist opinion and pediatric opinion. Continue giving vitamin D.
