Babies less than 6 month old should be given only milk. Anything else like Honey or Dabur ghutti is not good for them.
Next Steps
If you are breastfeeding your baby, ensure that you feed him atleast 25-30 mins on one breast and then move to the other. This will ensure that baby receives the hindmilk also which will ensure baby gains weight and passes motion well.
If you are feeding formula milk, then ensure you are making it in the correct composition as mentioned in the instructions.
Health Tips
If baby has other symptoms along with constipation like vomiting or cries excessively or passes red motion you should meet your doctor immediately.
