Dear sir
Baby age 15 months weight 10kgs.. she perfect fine behaviour but since 3 days she having sneezing ..and little cough can u suggest me any syrup .. as of now I given amoxicillin potassium calvam dry syrup .. can u advice any for sneezing ..
And pls tell should I continue clavam or not..

pls use drugs after consulting pediatrician otherwise there may be associated serious complications of overuse of antibiotics.
Only saline nasal drops 1drop both nostrils every 6hrly is sufficient

Does the child have any fever? Give Alex junior syrup 5ml three times a day. If nose is blocked use nasoclear drops 4 times a day.
Amoxyclav syrup is an antibiotic, please don't use it without doctors prescription. If child never had fever, stop it after completing 3 days.
