My son is 4.5 mnths old .. he sleeps whole nght and dosnt wake up for feeding in betwn...does ths will reduce his health or i should wake him or feed him evn thgh he is asleep

At 4.5 months your baby will not feed as frequently as when he was newborn but still there should be night feeds. Count urine output. It should be 6-8 times in 24 hours. Feeding every 3-4 hours will be optimum.

You should feed your baby every 2-3 hourly even at night time also.

Babies can go without feeding for 4-5 hrs..if the duration is longer and there is less weight gain you may need to wake him up and feed..
