Baby sleep and urine issue

Baby Girl 20 days old She sleeps almost all the time. Has to be woken up for feeds. Falls sleep instantly after feed. How to know if she is fed well? Is this sleep behaviour normal? And how to know how many times she urinates? She poops 3 to 4 times per day.
