First trimester screening it was 159BPM in Anamoly screening it was 156BPM I was wondering why there is little difference should I be concerned Pls advise

It's absolutely normal and fine dear! Rather had it been a single value than its worrysome. Variation in heart beat is indicative of everything ok/normal. Watch for pain in abdomen leaking PV Bleeding PV fever If any of these consult your GYNAECOLOGIST earliest

It’s absolutely normal.you don’t know anything beyond heart beat in an ultrasound but there are so many different parameters to look for in a report and that’s the gynaecologist job

Its fetus heartbeat varies between 120 to 160 bpm. Its not constant so need not worry.
