Baby's head super hot during night
My baby is 15 months old . Her head is super hot at nights but body is cool (temp normal) last 2 days. Today is 3rd day., & same but additionally she has fever - 101.4 degrees now

Always mention weight. Keep a temperature record. Give syrup crocin (240 ) 3 ml as needed every 6 hours. If fever doesn't reduce with that, give syrup Meftal P 3ml. Any other symptoms? It fever recurs, consult again. Just having hot head if fever not recorded may mean vitamin D deficiency and not much more.
