Baby's head one side
My baby is 5 months old born Jan 4 2024 he is very active holds his head well plays smiles etc everything is good but it's been observed that he holds his head a slightly tilted to one side but he turns all the sides looks everywhere responds when called otherwise holds his head a Lil tilted to one side should i be worried off this?

It's torticollis / wryneck, usually due to sternocleidomastoid muscle ( neck muscle) shortening
