Hi, I am mother of 4 month baby. I have few questions 1. Is it fine if few drops of water goes into baby nose ear eyes mouth while bathing? 2. My baby gets on right side always in sleep I have to keep a watch whole time when he sleeps to change the position which is on back. Is fine for babies to sleep on sides? 3. Since baby sleeps on back so the head is bit flat on backside. Need to worry? It's get corrected naturally? Many thanks.

It's quite common to have flat back side of head in babies. It may get slowly corrected when baby starts sitting. You can try to put baby in a jhola or use baby pillow which supports head (search online)
