My baby 20 days only and i am feeding Him from 9:30 pm and he is having Milk and then potti... Milk.. Pottii... And continue till 3:45 am.. And continuously crying.. I don't Remember How many Times i changed Diaper

The number of stools for the first 3-4 months of life varies from 10-12 a day, following every feed to one motion after 3-4 days. BOTH are normal as long as the consistency is soft and formed. Just ensure breastfeeding at a gap of at least 2 to 2-1/2 hours,and maintain strict hygiene in giving feeds.
