Doctors. Need advice for my 1 month old girl child. She has entered her 2nd month today. She is pooping every 2 days and passing gas with a foul smell. She is peeing regularly around 4 5 times a day. In the daytime she sleeps but in the evening time she gets cranky and cries. She does not even take breast feeding milk. She is exclusively on breastfeeding only. What to do? Any solution for this situation? She sleeps around 4 5 in total in daytime. Evening she gets cranky and again at night she sleeps well.
She only poops when massage is given to her in evening.

It's totally normal for exclusive breastfeeding infants to pass stools once in 2-3 days to 10 times per day. As long as the baby is passing gas, not vomiting, sleeping between feeds and passing adequate urine, you shouldn't worry about not passing stools for 2-3 days.
Next Steps
Still if the complaints are persistent and on longer duration, do visit your pediatrician for complete checkup

Passing stools 2-4days gap is common in infants at this age.. ..
Also.. if she sleeps well after feeding than no issues...
Make sure you make the babay burp.. after feeds.. cont breast feeding..
Also do visit pediatrition in person if u r saying of foul smelling ...and if baby not feeding well.
