Baby motion
My baby is 4 months old. He is both breastfed and formula fed.
Previously he used to pass stool every alternate day and it used to be little tight and green in color.
Now suddenly from last 7-8 days, he is passing motion 2-3 times a day, mostly immediately after feeding, and now the consistency is loose, soft and it's yellow and sometimes green+yellow mix in color. Also sometimes there's mucus like substance in his stool.
This sudden change in his motion, is it normal or anything to worry about?
