Hello,
Can you please describe the rashes and does she have allergies usually?
Also, does anyone else at home have usual skin allergies, food allergies or asthma etc.
If it's confirmed to be an allergy, we can give Levocetrizine or Hydroxyzine.
The dose depends more on the weight of the baby more than the age.
If we can assume your baby girl may be around 10-12kgs? Then giving Syp. Hydroxyzine (10mg/5ml) 5 ml twice a day is ok . However, maybe we can withhold Levocetrizine and see how she responds.
If trying Levocetrizine, you may give Syp. Levocetrizine (2.5mg/5ml) 2.5 ml once a day at night.
You can try with one medicine .. and see the response.
