My son's age is 23 month .
For few days I saw this type of spot in his tounge. I'm doing brush his teeth everyday but I can't clean his tounge.
I don't understand what is that.
He don't have any other health related issue.
Before many days he had cold and cough but now he have very slight cold cough.
Only multivitamin syrup I gave him .
His dr recommended syrup KREBZ.
Please suggest me what can do ?
