Baby heartbeat didnot come in 7 weeks
I am 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant and today I went for an ultrasound; my doctor told me that there is no heartbeat detected. She has asked me to follow up next week and probably she will abort my baby. Should I go for an abortion or I should wait for more time until I have natural bleeding to ensure a confirmed missed abortion. Please suggest

U cn go for abortion after a week if still cardiac activity s not there.
What benefit will u gt in waiting for a week.
It ll only cause u anxiety and be a source of infection for u if its already missed.
