My baby is 51 days now I use nan1 and breast feed with my baby but gas and porty is irregular and smeal is very bat. Please suggest me how can reduce it?

Hello Practo User ! 1. If mother lactating enough quantity breast milk then there is no need to give any other things to baby till 4 to 6 months. 2. if child is not satisfied with mother milk only, then it needed to add other things as per doctor advise. 3. when anything given to child in first six months, child have not enough digestion power, so he/she has indigestion problem, gas problem and it has bad smell also in stool too. 4. you can start bonnisan drops from himalaya 5 drops twice a day. for more query and medicines you needed to consult Ayurveda doctor.
