It can be uric acid crystals. Infants if they pass concentrated urine can have some pinkish powdery stains on diaper. It is harmless thing and goes off in few days.. a more frequent breastfeeding will help. If urine routine and culture reports are normal then nothing to worry.

Can be becoz of calcium oxalate...
Or hyperuraemic....
If asymptomatic wait and watch...
If needed, do serum calcium, and urinary calcium of the urine to get more specific answer
