If there is no fever and he is little fussy with nausea ,there is possibility of gastritis ( stomach irritation ). I suggest if vitals , breathing , tummy pain and urine /stool habits are normal then consider giving domstal drops 2 mg (1ml) three times a day ( 20-30 mins before food ). Domstal (domperidone ) improves tummy motility and avoids nausea .
If not improved in next 3 days then let me know .
Monitor vitals , breathing and urine output . Maintain hydration .
