Baby got hurt in leg

Today my baby who is 1year 11 months old fell and got hurt in the knee. She is able to walk but she has pain due to which she is crying. Slight swelling and red mark like blood cloth in knee.
She is a pre mature baby born in 7 months. Can u advise what medicine i have to give her .
