Hi,
My child is 4 and half years old. She was fine until today afternoon. Suddenly she was having severe headache on one side of her head. She had one time vomiting also. Is this relatable to something serious.

Generally severe headache which is-accompanied by vomiting, and the headache getting improved after vomiting points towards a cranial problem( relating to head). If it is a single episode, i would recommend getting assessed by a paediatrician. But if this is happening repeatedly and if the child look very sick, i would advise to pay a visit to a Neurosurgeon and get scans done
