My baby is 1 year 1 month who doesn't stop sucking her fingers and especially before going to sleep or while crying. Is there any way to stop her finger sucking. I still breastfeed.

Thumbsucking is not harmful till permanent teeth erupt. It can cause teeth malocclusion, speech disorder and skin of thumb in older children past 4 years of age.
Next Steps
encourage your child to switch to other comfort methods.
Health Tips
most children break thumb-sucking habits on their own between the ages of 2 and 4. So if you're trying to get your child to stop, the first thing to do is simply ignore it.  visit dental surgeon also for routine checkup.

You cn breastfeed till 2 years Limit it to twice per day Give normal food. Don't worry Use reward system , like if she doesn't do appreciate. Her Don't pay attention when your baby does. Would settle in a few months Try spending more time with your child. Application of bitter substance can be tried after 2 years
