Baby fell off bed
My 4 1/2 month old fell off the bed onto carpet face down and had been acting normal every since. I’ve checked there’s no bruising or swelling that I can see. Is there anything I need to do? He’s acting as if nothing happened this is now about 20 hours ago

Nothing to worry if baby is not crying continuously after the incidence.. and the activity also normal.. . Still you feel to confirm can check him with his doctor directly.
