Hello,
It's normal for baby to feed sometimes like this.
If baby is active and no other medical problems nothing is required.
If fever or cough or any medical problems, consult your doctor.

If it is happening only during nights while he was deep asleep then its normal. Kindly give gentle stimulation to baby (Eg: stroking on his back, rubbing his ears, gently tapping on his heels) make him wake up. Its quite common for newborns to skip feeds/have low feeds while they are deep asleep.
*But if this decreased activity & feeding is a everytime thing then kindly consult a Pediatrician, that's an emergency.
If the baby is active otherwise, passing urine adequately then its fine. If baby remains dull and lethargic or have decreased urine or fever then consult ur pediatrician. It us normal for babies to skip feeds while in deep sleep.
