Stains usually appear due to iron syrups or gummies. Sometimes there are certain bacteria in the mouth that produce such black stains. You cannot remove these stubborn stains at home. A dentist will only be able to clean the teeth. However considering her age, it needs to be checked whether a cleaning would even be effective in the case fo the chromogenic bacteria related staining. However it needs to be checked if there's any decay developing under this or not. So for that you can visit a pediatric dentist for further information.
Next Steps
visit a pediatric dentist.
