My daughter is 3 months old.she cries too much at night and don't sleep till 3 am. I am in doubt that she isn't getting enough feed from her mother. And she cries because she is hungry. Pls suggest should we give her lactogen or any other milk.

Hi, infants below six months are dependent on their mother for lactation, in general it should be sufficient for their need. Sometimes because of the tummy upset or gas formation kids cry at night either to attract or to speak about their problems as they don't have other option like adults. Be patient to the needs of infants and while sleeping make sure the baby is not sleeping right under a ceiling fan and the baby's bed is warm and cosy for their comfort. If the baby is having cold or cough it's better to consult a paediatric doctor and follow their instructions for further treatment. Hope you understand the situation now
