Exclusively breastfeed child having cry which is consolable( stop cry when you do burping or not continue cry) then no need to give any medicine. Do burping more.
Next Steps
If cry is inconsolable or continue more than 3 Hours then need to consult pediatrician.

Primarily do exclusive breast feeding and avoid formula or cow mik if any as it tends to increase colic issue
Also Burping after feed and keeping baby in vertical position on shoulder for sometimes will be of great help .
If still having intermittent incosolable cry
U can use any anticolic drops like colicaid bonnisan etc. All are good
