Baby colic pain
My one month old son is suffered from colic pain , doctor suggested to use simethicone drops . Also few of my friends suggest to use Himalaya bonnisan . What shall I use ? Please suggest .

Exclusively breastfeed child having cry which is consolable( stop cry when you do burping or not continue cry) then no need to give any medicine. Do burping more.

If cry is inconsolable or continue more than 3 Hours then need to consult pediatrician.

It will decrease with time. Burp the baby well after each feed Can give simethicone drops on sos basis

Dont worry its common in 1st 3 months of life....you can give simethicone oil, no issue..

Do burping nicely after aech feed, that's best n safest remedy....u can use coliza drops if not relieved

Primarily do exclusive breast feeding and avoid  formula or cow mik if any as it tends to increase colic issue Also Burping after feed and keeping baby in vertical position on shoulder for sometimes will be of great help . If still having intermittent incosolable cry U can  use any anticolic drops like colicaid bonnisan etc. All are good
