I'm 32 weeks pregnant and carrying the baby low in womb. Baby's growth and amniotic fluid both are normal. But my cervical length remains 30mm according to usg report.
Is there a chance of preterm labour or what precautions should i take ?

In the first place, There is no need to measure cervical length at 32 weeks unless you have symptoms of preterm labour . In case , if somebody clinically have symptoms of preterm labour, then we can measure cervical length from 30 wks of pregnancy onwards and if length is more than 15 mm it is unlikely that she is in preterm labour.
