4 month kid she have pbm in thoroat sound and breeth pbm we admitted in initial stage in chettinad hospital and stay 3months and after 3 months discharged . then stay home in 10 day afer comes same pbm .it preterm baby 8.5 months

As far as I can infer from your question is the baby probably has laryngomalacia,which improves by itself over a period of months.
Of course,lung and heart problems should be ruled out.
Prematurity is irrelevant,as 8.5 months gestational age is sufficient for a healthy newborn.
