Use of bottle for feeding expressed milk is not recomened as baby can carh infection for rubber and bottle. It is advised to use katori chamach or diya(paladi) for feeding if baby is not latching on tho the breast. Weight of the baby is adequate, so dont worry about that. Irritability of the baby could be because of nasal block which is common in this season. Use nasomist nasal drop in each nostril 4times a day for 3 days. If baby is not feeding adequately then possibility of dehydration fever colour be there. Check temperature of baby and if fever is present, you can use Calpol drops(100mg/1ml) 0.9ml whenvever fever is present. Third possibibility is infant colic, is the baby is not passing stool adequately which is common when feeding is inadequate, is this is the case, then use Colic aid drops 1ml 2 times a day for 3 days.
Next Steps
Ensure adequate and clean feeding practise.
