Babies weight
My 5 month olds weight has shooted up, she was on 4oz of milk every 2 hours, drs have said that's too much and have recommended to put her on hungry baby milk and only give her 2oz every 4 hours, I've tried that but after 2oz she is still crying for more Should I start weaning her if she's not getting full on milk? Or will that make her put more on

A baby should not be deprived of food if hungry. I would like to tell you that ideally weight of any baby is doubled by 3 to 4 months and trippled by 9 to 10months. The ideal weight should be 10kg by 1 year of age. Weaning should be around 5.5 months.
