I am suffering b12 deficiency I have symtoms of tingling nd electric shocks in my legs nd hands it's reversible please help I am using the injections and tablets last 6 months

Hope your injection are prescribed by doctor according to your vit b12 value.. if your problem is due to b12 defeciency your  condition should improve after 3 months course of injection..
