B12 Increased to 1515 After 2 Injections

Initially My B12 Was 181 Once I Took 2 Weeks Injections it increased to 1515 . I Checked this before going to 3rd Injection. It is correct Process to check immediately ??? I Need Complete 4 Months Course then After I Need to Check ??? Please comment ??? Thanks, Srikanth.
