B12 deficiency
Hi doctor iam having b12 deficiency 165pg/ml doctor prescribed me mylamin plus injection 8 doses I have taken only 4 doses because of the situation outside I couldn’t able to take the remaining 4 doses can I use mylamin tablets other than taking injections as tablet contains alpha lipoic acid is it safe to use during breastfeeding if not can you please prescribe me any alternative medicine for b12 deficiency thank u

U can take it dear. No issues. That's not gonna affect the breast feeding The baby is gonna be absolutely fine dear Tofu/swiss cheese/egg/low fat milk/spinach/soybean/lentils/mushroom all rich in vit B12 U can take them as per your diet Plenty of fluids throughout the day. Take care Stay safe 🙏
