B12 defeciancy
I am a vegetarian person, few weeks ago I had mouth and stomach ulcer as I shifted from Jaipur to surat followed by headache, and body weakness after the gym.hence, I got my b12 checked in a nearby lab.The result is 102.4  pg/ml.Considering the fact that i am a student and need to study for around 6 hours a day minimum.Do, I need to take any medication for this?

Definitely you need Vitamin b12 supplements You can take it on injectable form or oral preparations It better to get a blood investigation called serum anti parietal antibody which will suggest whether your stomach is able to absorb this vitamin from oral preparation, if it is positive then better go for injectable preparations
