If your partner is negative blood group then no problem,if your partner's blood  group  is positive then you need to take injection anti D at 28 weeks of pregnancy, or any bleeding occur in pregnancy

Rh nefative blood group has impact in pregnancy but if you are immunized by anti D which we routinely give antenatal key and regular checking of indirect coomb test .dont worry and relax.check your partners blood group .

First pregnancy is usually normal only after delivery of first baby take anti D 300 micrograms within 72 hours

If u r negative and Ur baby gets Rh +ve...then there are chances of immune response and it's reactions called Rh-isoimmunisation...but this can be prevented well by good antinatal care...so don't worry regarding this!!
