Azoospermia
Mine is Azoospermia case, and i was asked to go for testicular biopsy by one of the fertility doctor. After report came doctor was suggested to go for sperm donor because of no spermatozoa. here is the report started " section shows 80-100 transeverse cuts of seminiferous tubles with variable atrophy. predominantly sertolit cells noted with few spermatoginia,few spermatids are seen , no spermatozoa noted. clusters of leyding cells are seen for both " do i have any chances in this

Hello. This is probably testicular problem causing no maturation of sperms. It is difficult to have sperms production in you.
