Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi sir, My semen report shows azoospermia. My fsh level is 15.1 and testrone level is 380.karyotyping shows y chromosome translocation. And no y chromosome microdeletion found. Did tesa... Sperm is there but no motility. Kindly suggest what to do... Currently taking hcg injection 2 times in week and fsh injection 3 times in week. Will this improve.!? After taking this injection for two weeks my erection is much better. So same can I get my sperm back.. Pls suggest. Waiting with hope.
