Hi Dr.
I am suffering from azo spermia as both vas deferens are not defined.
This is as per MRI of pelvis.
Suggested remedy is IVF.
Is there any way to get natural fertility other than IUI and IVF ?
Also does this affect the sex life as I suffer from premature ejaculation also. Sex time is less than 30 secs and leading to unsatisfied married life.
Please suggest if any medication/treatment can help.
