Axilla nodes 4mm to 6mm

I am 23 years old, unmarried I get an breast ultrasound report due to breast pain and crack on left side nipple. On the report mentioned everything normal but on axilla short axis diameter of 4 to 6 mm noted for both side.So could you please suggest is it normal or not.
