Autoimmune hypothyroid
Hi I am 23year old female , I recently accidentally got diagnosed with autoimmune hypothyroid during my regular health check up , My anti bodies is very high with 3 digit But I haven't not any symptoms associated with hypothyroid. My TSH is very high and myft3 and ft4 is in range My endocrine has put me on thyrox 100mcg Is it hashimoto?? And do you really gain weight with autoimmune hypothyroid ?

Yes it is hashimotos thyroiditis. You gain a bit of weight in hypothyroidism of any kind, whether autoimnune or not, but not to a very great extent. Its not necessary to have symptoms always. The treatment given to you is correct.
