A.S is managed in ayurveda with panchakarma treatments like lepana, PPT, Podikzhi, Navarakizhi, Vamana , virechan ,basti depending on severity and duration of condition. Ayurveda medicines like amrita guggulu, Simhanada guggulu, rasnadi kashaya ect are given to manage it
