Asked for Female, 24 Years

My baby s 11 month old. He cries non stop very rarely in btween the sleep whch we couldnt control. Doctr had told it will be due to itching n suggested atarax syrup. Whenever my baby cry is non stopable i will put atarax syrup 2ml. He scratches his legs n cries. Is that ok?
