Even after taking inhalers you are getting chest pain means your asthma is nit under control. You need reassessment of your disease control and dosage adjustment or add on medication to be done Consult a near by pulmonologist

Hi for ur age there won't be any chest pain i mean heat related. But after inhalers depends on what u have taken,  some times u may feel palpitations. Do u notice fast heart beats in ur chest.  Then go to hospital. Else take good control of asthma by taking inhalers n other asthma medicines.  U can take gas tablet also.
