Asthma/lungs infection
I am suffering from breathing problems. Some general doctor says it's asthama some says it's lungs infection or pneumonia. I have been smoking bidi, cigarette and weed/Ganja for 1 years now. Every morning when i wake up my breathing is very tough and an irritating sound from the chest. I feel like i cannot move without medicine or without getting out from that shortness of breath it is like an asthma attack. I can't even move one step. I have completely lost my physical energy and stamina. I always feel kind of an infection in my chest. So dear doctors i want to know which lungs test should i get to know my lungs quality or any other test you suggest which i should go through. . Thank you 🙏🙏

Due to heavy smoking the lung capacity may have been reducing over time which requires pulmonary function tests . And probably a ct scan if something major depending upon your symptoms!

Weed, bidi, cigarette are all harmful for lungs and overall health. You might have developed obstructive airway disease due to continued smoking. Weed also causes loss of appetite and loss of weight over time, which decreases your energy levels and stamina.
Next Steps
Spirometry and Xray chest is required. Maybe even a HRCT chest
Health Tips
stop smoking, for de-addiction take a psychiatrist's opinion
