Generally if u touch ur head to turn side wise it seems to be swell.  Bt always check head when u look straight without tilting ur head any side.  If then also u feel the swelling  then concern about treatment.  Few things also may be like gangion or lipoma bt for this u can attached  picture of that area or consult direct with general physician so that exactly what is this is correctly interprete. Then after it is decided this is serious  or not..
