Aspirin in first trimester

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I am 33 years old , I had 3 chemical pregnancy and now I have conceived naturally and at 7 weeks !! I was taking aspirin 75 mg since 3 months before conceiving !! I am on weekly Hcg , duphaston and susten400 !! Doctor asked me to continue taking aspirin !! Should I continue it or not as I dun have any problem of bp !! Also does it have side affects on baby and what will happen if I stop it !! As I have read it is not suitable in early pregnancy !! Pls help !!
