Aspergillus
My doctor prescribed me itraconazole but even after 3 month my serum galactomann blood test show 1.75 which increased from april test 1.45. Though itraconazole stopped hempotysis but i have chest pain. All igg ige aspergillus is negative can anyone help?

Clinicoradiological + Immunological is way to go. If improving please continue dnt go by the numbers. Consider repeating in another lab or repeat after 2-3months again.
